Motorola Targa with Verizon 4G

Images and a few of the specifications of the Motorola Targa have leaked out, giving the world its first glimpse at this upcoming high-end smartphone.
This model is supposedly headed for Verizon Wireless, and will offer support for this carrier's high-speed 4G LTE network. This is clearly noted on the leaked images.
Motorola Targa from VerizonThe images also show the general design of the Targa: a bar shape with a large touchscreen.
There will apparently be a large "hump" on the back, something that's typical for phones with very high resolution cameras. The number of megapixels is noted in the image, but the picture is so fuzzy, it can't be made out. Still, it appears to be at least 10 megapixels.
What seems to be a front-facing camera also appears in one image.
A Webtop Smartphone
Another significant detail can be gleaned for the leaked images: what appears to be an HDMI video-out port on one side. Given its location right next to the micro-USB port, this model will almost certainly be compatible with Motorola's laptop and desktop dock and support this company's webtop technology.
Webtop-compatible phones can be converted into a netbook or nettop computer running Linux and a full version of the Firefox web browser when they are placed in the appropriate dock.
AT&T's Motorola Atrix 4G was the first of these devices, but Motorola's CEO Sanjay Jha promised recently that many more are in development.
Android + TegraThe set of leaked pictures help confirm that this smartphone is going to run Google's Android OS. Which version of this mobile operating system will be used is not revealed.
This Motorola model is reportedly going to be built around an NVIDIA Tegra processor, though the speed for this is not yet known. It could be a dual-core Tegra 2, or even the rumored quad-core Tegra 3.
Aside from this, no additional details are available on this smartphone. Its screen size and resolution, built-in storage capacity, battery size, and other details remain a mystery.
The Motorola Targa won't debut for quite some time, as it is supposedly scheduled to be released in time for the year-end holiday shopping sea
